Travis Snider
A true visionary in the business community, Travis has the knowledge and expertise to coach, consult and mentor both businesses and individuals to achieve success. Travis' extensive experience in executive coaching, financial management, and business and strategic planning have prepared him well to help business leaders in the Puget Sound region understand -and reach- their potential.
One of the special talents Travis brings to BETS Consulting is his ability to bring out the unique gifts of others. He has the tools to guide businesses in vision creation, resource alignment and organizational development, leading them towards greater economic growth and solid financial performance. At the same time, he understands that to truly succeed, individuals and organizations also require mentoring to shape their goals and visions. Travis is the Everett Area Chamber of Commerce's 2005 Henry M. Jackson award winner and a member of the International Coach Federation.
Travis holds a Master's of Business Administration degree from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Washington University.
Barbara J. Earl
Barbara brings an abundance of hands-on experience to BETS Consulting from both the private and public sectors of the Pacific Northwest marketplace. Through her many years as an executive and a community leader, Barbara has honed and strengthened her skills in financial management, business and strategic planning, community initiatives, economic development and government affairs activities.
She gained valuable marketing and public relations experience as Senior National Program Manager for Verizon Northwest (formerly GTE), and as Vice President of Public Relations and Planning for Stevens Healthcare.
One of Barbara's greatest strengths is her ability to effectively intercede and foster a sense of cooperation between disparate groups of people. Her areas of expertise include developing community outreach plans, establishing strong relationships with government organizations, building public-private partnerships and coaching client executives as they implement community relations plans.
Barbara has been a leader in this community, serving on numerous boards and committees. Through this service, she was granted the 2003 John M. Fluke Community Service Award from the South Snohomish County Chamber of Commerce and a 2002 Women of Achievement Award from the Herald Business Journal. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management from Antioch University in Seattle. Barbara is also a member of the International Coach Federation.
